What Makes Ceramic Film Different

Cheaper films rely on dyes that fade or metal layers that corrode and block cell and Wi-Fi signals. Ceramic film is built from microscopic ceramic particles that reject infrared heat, the part of sunlight you feel as warmth, without any metal at all. It is the reason ceramic stays clear for the life of the film and never turns purple.

Ceramic Grades We Install

From nearly invisible to a light privacy tone, all with the same ceramic performance core.

Clear Ceramic

Maximum infrared rejection with almost no visible tint. The choice for homeowners who refuse to change the look of their glass but want serious heat control.

Light Neutral Ceramic

A whisper of neutral tone that cuts glare further while keeping rooms bright and the view natural.

Ceramic Privacy Blend

Adds daytime privacy to the ceramic heat-rejection core for street-facing rooms that also bake in the sun.

Best Uses for Ceramic Film at Home

Connected Smart Homes

Because ceramic has no metal, it will not weaken cell, Wi-Fi or smart-home signals the way old metalized films do. The obvious pick for a fully wired house.

Rooms That Overheat

Where you want the strongest heat rejection without going dark, ceramic delivers more comfort per shade than any other clear-ish film.

Homes With Art & Wood

99% UV rejection and stable ceramic tint protect hardwood, rugs and artwork from the fade that ruins them over years.

Picture Windows & Views

When the view is the whole point, ceramic's clarity keeps it sharp while quietly removing the heat behind the glass.

Ceramic Window Film, Common Questions

For most homeowners staying in place, yes. You get higher infrared heat rejection, better clarity, no signal interference and a film that never fades or discolors. If budget is tight or the room is minor, a quality dyed solar film is still a solid choice, and we will tell you honestly which fits.

No. Ceramic contains no metal, so it does not block or weaken cell, Wi-Fi or 5G signals. This is one of its biggest advantages over older metalized films.

Never. The purple, bubbling look comes from dyed films breaking down. Ceramic particles are colorfast and stable, so the film looks the same in year ten as day one.

Our clear ceramic grade has very high visible-light transmission, so from inside the glass looks essentially untinted while still rejecting the bulk of the infrared heat.

Ceramic films carry a manufacturer warranty, typically lifetime for residential use, covering fading, bubbling, peeling and cracking. We back the installation itself as well.
